    .
Humphrey you have proved my point for me. As I said earlier, the defence LET IN her statement when you initially said he did not have that choice. The accused
( as he then was) did NOT put her to proof ( i.e. subject her to x-exam). It was his choice because of the best evidence rule, which you may not be familiar with.

Unless you were at every court listing, you and FS do not know if this man has had his passport taken from him.

I never claimed he had or had not had his passport taken, but since we do know that the convicted fúcked off on holiday to Dubai just after the case, and he hasn't (except for yesterday) been back in court, then it is fairly safe to presume that he has a passport!

No, I was sticking my tongue out at you in entirely friendly banter.

That's hilarious - juvenile behaviour I really rate. You're only young once but you can be immature all your life! Catch ya at the court the next time your man is up and we can investigate his passport issues, etc and observe proceedings...

Sent back to jail, though still not for long enough. Sentence increased to 6 years with 4 suspended.

Two years in prison for rape - absolutely disgraceful. Should be life IMHO.

It was not rape, it was sexual assault.

Its the first headline in sometime that has made me happy, while its still a shorter sentence than I feel it should be. I'm delighted he's being sent back to prison.

2 years is 730 days, thats a lot of time for him to get some man loving of his own.

I said this before but it worth saying again one of the troubling things in this case is his complete denial of what he did he tried to blame cholesterol medication??? he was/is unable to acknowledge, and take responsibility for what he did and that makes him dangerous .

Fair enough - two years is still ridiculous.
