    hi gang,

just wondering if there is a way to get your macbook pro to capitalise:

    1) the start of every sentence automatically (just like MS word)
    2) "I"
    3) all other words that needs the capital letter treatment e.g. countries, peoples names, etc, etc.

    ****

I am also looking for an auto-correct function which would be active in the following situations:

    1) when writing an email on gmail
    OR

    2)reply to a thread on boards.ie

    thanks guys.

Don't think these are specific to Mac really.

Capitalisation is generally a personal preference, just hold the shift key while typing in any application.

Spell check / autocorrect is a standard browser feature in chrome/safari.
