    Hi,

I have a 2012 macbook pro. I store most of my media files (music, tv, movies etc) on an extrernal 1tb portable HD. As well as all those files I have files from my old mac in a folder called "OLD" Its mainly old files, phtoes, college stuff etc. I want to know if it is possible to password protect this folder as I want to be able to give the hard drive to colleagues/friends to copy some files if erquired but I dont want them in my personal stuff.

Is this possible, if so how do I got about sorting it out?

    Cheers

    frAg
