    Good places to get food , things to do or just places to sit down and read or relax. Just general things like that :)

    The following are favourites of mine (some are takeaway only but then I head to Stephens green or merrion sq or back to friends houses.

    For coffee:
    Coffee angel (take away)
    3fe (sit down and relax)
    Bald barista (sit down and relax)

    Hot chocolate
    Accents coffee lounge. (sit down and relax)

    Lunch
    Lolly and cooks (take away)
    Pig and heifer (take away)
    Kc peaches (sit down and relax)
    Cafe sol (take away)
    Yum Thai (take away)
    Kilkenny (sit down and relax)
    The pepperpot (sit down and relax)

    Cake
    Hansel and gretel bakery (take away)
    Paris bakery(sit down and relax)
    Cake cafe(sit down and relax)
    Queen of tarts(sit down and relax)

    Ice cream
    Murphy's (sea salt ice cream mmmm)(sit down and relax)

    Theres loads that I've left out, but something to get started with. When you've no lectures for a while, grab a few classmates and waste a few hours away:D
    I like finding new places and as new places pop up, that take my fancy, old places get relegated:p

    Chester Beatty Library! Great little free museum, and a lovely cafe for lunch also.

    Yes, Chester Beatty is really worth a look. Also, when the tourists begin to die off, the old library (which is free to trinity students) is worth a walk around when you're at a loose end.

    The author reviews places where you can get food for a fiver, it's great for finding new lunch places. You could check a few out!
