R4i Silver RTS Lite setting up videos

can get videos onto the card but cant play them can only find mp4 files in the music section what do i need for to play video files and do they have to be a specific type ie .avi or .wmv etc? its the R4 sdhc RTS Lite card

Video files need to be in a .dpg format to play in moonshell on most R4s.
