Hey, I'm currently down for a 4 year honours degree course. Im currently in 4th year and bave completed the 3 years for level 7. If I was to drop out now would I be able to get my level 7?

You should be able to do that upon the next graduation I believe. Visit the reception desk at the main entrance and ask them about it there, they should be able to tell you how to get more info on it.
