71k on the clock with fresh nct €1100 but I reckon €900 will get it.

People will be concerned about reliability with this but it's a lot of spec for the money :)

Tis a shame those Lagunas are so epically crap.

That one looks well minded - and the colour etc is nice - but its a Laguna II.

Maybe if it was 500 quid youd take the risk - but at 2 k - its a bit too much of a risk.

Weirdly I would nearly rather if it had more miles on it - as then some of the issues may have been fixed - or if it was 1 owner with a bit of mileage on it - it may have being the all too rare good Laguna IIs (such things do exist - albeit rare)

One thing they do have going for them though is that they are pretty safe cars to be in - in a crash - think they were the first car to get a 5 star Ncap safety rating.

Just noticed Saab Ed has signed off for good. He will be sorely missed here. He posted way more than his fair share of crackers.

    ...
What were the real issues with them. I know there were electrical issues but apart from soft gearboxes in the petrol's, what was wrong wit them?
    An honest question btw.

Key cards can easily be repaired with a bit of soldering know how :)

    Honda CRV, €875
NCT 11/14. Over a years test and priced at a fair bit under a grand. Seems good value to me. As mentioned on here before, an early tested car usually means the car is well looked after.

Never liked the CR-V myself but jaysus, that one is very good value for money!

    My ads on adverts.ie:

Victron stuff for sale, Multiplus-II, Quattro, other inverters and batteries and usually some watches!

Can't say I am a huge fan but if I was in the market then I'd strongly consider it.

May even come in handy if we get a bit of bad weather too, with the bit of extra ride height.

One for KSaL if he ever sells his E36 :P

I was looking at one near me recently - need a cheap load lugger and considering all kinds of left field options - some of the less obvious petrol stuff are going very cheap these days.

    Toyota Caldina, NCT 4/14
Diesel and auto. Remove the sun visor and it wouldn't look so bad. €800.

    If I'm, not wrong, they're 4x4?

    It's a 295€ banger, you can't expect much.

I bought my Almera for €200, far better condition than that heap.

I was expecting it to be worse tbh. Imo if it stays road worthy and driveable until march, then it's not bad value because you will get a good bit of your money back if you sell it to a breaker afterwards.

Does not really say NCT due though. It's just that they didn't fill it in on the details section.

NCT until 9/14 and tax until 12/13. Ad and seller seem honest and I'd imagine the car is to.

    Nice find, btw!

Am I the only one who thinks that's very overpriced?
