    Hi guys,

I am looking at buying this TV Panasonic TXL50b6b in Argos for around €650. Do people recommend it? Buying a TV seems so complicated these days. I have got the SKY HD pack so I hope this TV is good for that? I intend to get maybe a Samsung blue ray player and hook that into the Panasonic to make it smart. Does this all sound ok? Finally just so you know what I'm coming from is an 8 year old CRT samsung 32" (it was the slim model type - i notice it also says 1080i on the front of the tv) the model number was ws-32z308p. I assume anything nowadays is far superior? Thanks all

Panasonics are hobbled and don't work properly for Saorview and freeview at the same time. Avoid Panasonic. OK you are using it with Sky but one day you may wish to go terrestrial.
