Halloween Events

Hey guys,

does anyone know of any fancy dress parties or other cool events for Halloween? Think it would be a good idea to collect events in this thread.

There's a Guinness Book of Records attempt for biggest number of Dracula's in one area taking place on 27th October at Sligo IT. There's also some sort of a Halloween ball the night before in the Clarion. All part of the Bram Stoker connection.

Here are some events that I will be looking at for Halloween:
-Farmaphobia; in Meath, Have been twice and loved it. http://www.farmaphobia.com/
-Haunted Spooktacular; in Meath http://www.hauntedspooktacular.com/
-Horror Drive in (Also has walk through haunted house) also in Meath: http://www.driveinfilms.ie/index.php
-Dublin Hidden Walks - Hellfire Club trip, bus trip to Haunted Spooktacular, ghost buses and walking tours with a horror theme. http://www.hiddendublinwalks.com/

Markree Castle are having a "Halloween Ghost Story" night on the 31st October @ 9:30 PM in the gothic chapel. It's €5. They posted this on their twitter account earlier today.

This Side Up! are playing in the T&C on the 30th for €5 and is fancy dress. Well worth checking out and all profits are going to Sligo Animal rescue so a very good cause. Tickets can be got in Mc Garrigles or in the T&C
