    this numbers keeps calling me 09964426 i didnt answer but when i ring back its a invalid number does any1 no this number and how they got my number

    Next time it rings answer it and see what they want. It may be some kind of caller ID spoofing. Needless to say if they ask for money from you, hang up.

    That doesn't look like a valid phone number. Rather, it's probably a random code assigned to calls made from a computer. As far as I know, small-scale telemarketing companies use computer apps to make telemarketing calls to the phone numbers they have on their call list.

    Numbers beginning with 099 are from Skype users. 644 originates in Ukraine
