    Didn't really look shoulder to shoulder to me either - thought the Mayo player was caught more in the chest than the shoulder.

    Even if it was shoulder to shoulder it was a front on shoulder which is not allowed. the tackle has to be from the side.

    What kind of idiots are the commentators? Let Joe Brolly at em!

    I don't think so. The Dub seemed intent on flattening the guy. The shoulder is allowed within reason and in context. That use by the Dub was IMO dangerous play.
