Does Wits end passive Stack Nashors?

Basically, wits end passive now does magic dmg on hit. so does nashors. Im wondering if they stack, so if Im on teemo and I have liandrys and I auto/Q/auto, itll apply all 3 plus my poison from E. Which would be so strong. Also , when i upgrade Philo to shyrelias, do I still retain the gp10 passive?

Unless it says "Unique passive" then it stacks. Two Sunfire capes dont stack, two Dorans rings do

Yup. Its called an on-hit build.

The main downside is that none of that dmg goes onto towers.
