Hi, my 3rd provisional license is out of date, i have attempted my full test once, i am abroad for the next year and i am wondering can i renew my provisional license. I am unsure if i can get a 4th one, i am also unsure if i can apply for one from abroad. I am unsure if i have to apply for a new full test again to apply…

If you are in the UK etc you might be able to take one over there after a year.
