Hmm, spotted this today while trying out Windows 8.1. Note the midlands town with its colonial name...

I'm noticing the same thing on the Windows 8 weather app, what I don't get is that the correct name gets shown when you zoom in.

It's even a searchable location too.

That being said, I was disappointed when Queenstown was nowhere to be seen on the Ireland map :P
