I was in the Science Gallery's "Make Shop" on Lincoln Place the other day and they had some Arduino kits in stock. Definitely worth a visit, especially with kids. They have a workbench and will help the kids build the kits. My 6 and 9 year-olds made Doodlebots ("robots" that draw pictures) and another kid was building an FM radio.
