    Their map says july - sept but there are a lot of those new cabinets that are not yet finished/powered yet so probably before the end of the year.

    UPC are in Carlow offering their top packages. I think that means Fibre Optic is in Carlow.

    It certainly does.
    Fibre has been in Carlow town for years thanks primarily to the fibre-optic MANs that the Government had installed some years ago. It's there for service providers to tap into.

    We get 60 mb off Upc its sound and thats the standard package no probs with it
