Posted this a while back ..it was labelled 'it hated silence-immoral earnings in the Uk'...Turns out 'It hated silence' are Julia and Simon from Sussex and more usually perform as the indelicates..this is a new video for that song..

Word of their unique synth-pop sound spread fast in 2012; with numerous festival appearances. Their EP, Dreams, was released in July 2012 and included singles, "Freaks" & "The Fever". The band now resides in Nashville, TN where they are currently recording their sophomore EP which is set to be released Summer 2013

I've been listening to this group for awhile now, their material sounds much better live but they're pretty good. The front woman reminds me of Sinead O'Connor, similar performance style I suppose. It's nice to see decent girl groups appearing on the scene too (like HAIM and even Faye O'Rourke in Little Green Cars). Silence Yourself is a quality debut album, worth a listen anyway.

Strange Weekend the previous album is one my favorite albums in the dreampop genre.Still trying to decide if the first single from Permanent Signal hits the level of dragonfly or drifting in and out.

Last minute support act for Ben Howard in Belfast at the weekend. What can I say? He was excellent! Just appeared out on stage with his acoustic guitar. Fortunately he blocked out some of the most annoying people to grace the planet for a good 40 to 45 minutes whilst waiting for Ben Howard and co to come on. This is his best song, but the entire EP is brilliant. Nice guy too.

Just picked up the incredible album 'Codename: Dust Sucker' by Bark Psychosis a couple of weeks ago [several years late...] the reviews on Amazon made reference to late Talk Talk albums and they weren't wrong. Stunning album, can't believe I'm only discovering it now.
