Neat Crack on rear fork

Was washing my bicyle this morning when I noticed this neat crack running along the top of the rear fork. Is this usual for bicycles to crack like this. I have had this bike since last November at a guess. Is this fixable?

Isnt' it just a clear chainstay protector sticker?

Yeah its just the sticker. Probably only noticed it now with the dirt around the edges.
