Q: equivalent silicone rectifier? And resistor colour code

Hi, I am trying to fix my old 1050p monitor. Rectifier got blown with clear traces of burn, plus changing capacitors (1000uF 16V)

Easy question: Need a resistor replacement, colour code: brown, brown, brown, gold. Resistor itself is grey, if that matters.

    Harder question:

The rectifier I am looking for is fr307gw
But I can't seem to find one on Farnell or Mouser. All I found was this website, translated using Chrome's built-in gTranslater, but it does not share enough info.
There is almost no information on internet whatsoever. Also I've never done this before.

The power supply board (if this helps):
sjpwr0502204001 - bigger pic of board here.
That website offers nice price for the board, however delivery, when in stock is about 80EUR, kind of ridiculous.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_color_code

How do you know it's faulty, if you don't know it's value?

110 Ohms 5% tolerance, found a calculator for it.

I don't. Just thought I should replace N type mosfet and resistor that are connected to both sides of a blown rectifier for a good measure. These 2 parts are directly connected to it and are dirt cheap anyway. Don't judge me :)
Also getting Panasonic caps, reading good things about them.

Also on a same note, can I use this resistor to discharge capacitors?

Any of the FR307G rectifiers will do fine, the W will only be there to denote temperature range or packaging options or something unimportant

Thought so. Some of FR307G had different labels at the end only showing different packaging and bulk amounts.

    Thanks, guys. Ordering now
