Man & Sons missing from Carlow area

Gardaí in Co Carlow are attempting to locate a man and his two children who have not been seen since yesterday evening.
Sanjeev Chada (43) and his sons Eoghan (10) and Ruairí (5) were reported missing in the early hours of this morning. They are from the Ballinkill area near Bagenalstown.
A Garda spokesman said Mr Chada and the children left the family home at 6.30pm yesterday. They were understood to be en route to the Dome Bowling Centre in Carlow town. They were travelling in a green Ford Focus with the registration number 06 CW 238.

Gardaí have cancelled a Child Rescue Ireland alert issued to trace a 43-year-old man and his two sons who were reported missing today.

Sanjeev Chada and sons Eoghan and Ruairi had left the family home at Ballinkillen, Bagnalstown in Co Carlow at 6.30pm yesterday to go the Dome Bowling Centre in Carlow town.

Gardaí thanked the public and media for their help.

They are expected to update the public on their investigation shortly.

They say he had them stuck in the boot before he crashed the car. Whether they were kilt before the impact or not is unknown yet. He's helping the Gardaí now anyway.
