How does this look? €30 left. You could either upgrade the case to the Nanoxia deep silence one or get a coolermaster hyper 212 evo cpu cooler. The nanoxia has a better build quality and more features and the cpu cooler will be quieter and keep your cpu cooler. That xeon is pretty much the same as an i7 3770.

Just remember if your getting a pre built pc elsewhere that it has a graphics card and not integrated graphics. And that build is very good value for money

Perfectly acceptable when your not overclocking. The price difference in motherboards is generally to do with how much features a MB has and not its reliability.

a 200 euro processor will work fine with a 40 euro motherboard

as the price goes up you just get more features

at about 60-70 you're really hitting a good feature set with diminishing returns after that unless you are a real performance enthusiast or would like to overclock
