Having read some literature on the Rosicrucian Order also know as the rosie cross I was fascinated to see how much was available on the net about this order.
My question being is anyone you know a member of the order either here or that you know of.
I am interested in finding out some more information but as there are quite a few websites out there claiming to be the real ones like http://www.amorc.org.uk , http://www.rosicrucian.org/ , http://www.rosicrucian.com/.
So does anyone have anything fresh to say on this and if possible I would like to keep this thread open purely for this organization.
Are there any lodges etc in Ireland as it seems to have a European headquarters in the UK.
    Thanks al

The only Rosicrucian I know of is Richard Ashcroft's dad and I don't think that'd be much help to you.

In Dublin and Cork there are regular meetings and lectures from the Lectorium Rosicrucianum, the International School of the Golden Rosycross. There is also a number of introductory courses available and lots of other information on their website, www goldenrosycross.ie

Why on earth is this in 'Conspiracy Theories'?

In any case, considering how late I am to the party here, hopefully you're a long way along your journey.

For anyone else reading this I can confirm that all the websites mentioned are well worth a look into, as are the works of both Manly Palmer Hall (in particular his magnificently informative volume 'The Secret Teachings of All Ages') and especially Rudolph Steiners 'Rosacrucian Wisdom'.

I don't know if you've ever had the opportunity to look at the museum in the Freemasonic Grand Lodge of Ireland over on Molseworth Street in Dublin City Center - but if you do, you may very well be struck by the stark similarities between 'The Craft' and Rosicrucian teachings as I have been.

Having had a chat with a number of Freemasons at the Lodge (and even been extended an invitation to an introductary lecture there just before the pandemic occured - the very day in 2020 that public transportation shut down) not to mention many years of personal study and after being an intiate of 'The Ancient and Honerable Order of the Golden Dawn', it seems almost all of the Inner Order members and aswell the committed, past Master Masons are AMORC members themselves.

In addition, one only needs to look into the (available) teachings of the Freemasons and the Golden Dawn/Hermeticism in general to see the very obvious Rosacrucian influence.

Should anyone wish to have further discussion feel free to send me a message. I hope this has been of some manner of help, have the flu at the moment so hopefully I've been making sense. All the best on your journey...

The OP hasn't been active on the site since 2016 and the other contributor is site banned. I don't think this thread needs to be resurrected.
