Hi I'm with Smart telecom and boards has been inaccessible for the last few days. Cleared the routers IDS blacklist and everything works fine. Anyone know why this would happen?

Also speedtest.net was inaccessible coincidently about 10 minutes after I rang smart about slow speed so I'm getting paranoid

What router do you have? Is it a Belkin? I ask because of this. If it is a Belkin, sometimes they have False Positive. I used to administer an enterprise IDS system and False Positives were a real problem.

Router is one of these. Must be a similar thing I guess yeah. Suddenly started blocking websites for no reason. Thanks ;)

An Intrusion Detection System { IDS } only detects and reports threats is should not in any way block anything. This is what an Intrusion Prevention System { IPS } is for.
