    Is anyone else's network down? Tried to report a fault but its not before 9. It's been gone for over an hour, phone too

    yep down since around 9pm. just have TV with them.

    Yea mine has been down since about 9 pm last night and is still down today

    The lack of any communication from UPC is very poor. Its mostly been pretty reliable but its now probably 15 hours or so since its gone (TV, Broadband and Phone).

    They told my husband they were hoping it would be back by 12. No sign of it and he's gone to town coz he can't work from home without it

    TV back working again. don't know about Phone Or Broadband.

    Back down again today...seems to be becoming more common these days

    Now down for an hour and a half so far....no ETA. I have a business account too...wouldn't want to be trying to run a business without internet access for over an hour.
