Tracks in Charleville station

I just passed through Charleville and noticed that there's several new track panels mounted at either side of the station. Are these just for track upgrades or are they installing new sidings here?

I would imagine it is purely replacement panels.

These tracks have being their for months and still have not being put in, they currently have a TSR of 60mph through the station because of it.
