It only moves when people are around, it looks to be because of the vibrations from the ground over a period of time.

Quite a few frames where it's moving when nobody is walking past it, similarly there are frames where people are walking past it & it's not moving. Why is it the only one moving too, considering they're all on the same surface? I'm sure there's a simple explanation for it though...
