As near to Dublin city centre as possible. Empty storeroom, anything considered as long as it has street access is available…

Hi I hope I am posting to the correct area. I am looking for a large warehouse/church hall/ballroom space to rent for a retail event for two days in October 2013. The space must be a min of 3000sqft. As near to Dublin city centre as possible. Empty storeroom, anything considered as long as it has street access is available for two days and it has area to load, unload stock.
Any help would be appreciated

Richmond Road in D3 has a load of empty warehouses available. Drive down there and get some numbers to contact.....

There are plenty of big car showroom available. Cullen motors in Airside and Liffey Valley for example.
