Hi there. Could someone please explain to me what the initials 'LS' mean on a land registry map? They're on the map at the front garden of a house we're buying. The front garden is located off a main road. Thanks.

Most likely that is copied from the Ordnance Survey detailing and is a Lamp Standard or in other words a street light. Do you have one of these at the front wall/fence?
