Colossus Machine

Its a Colossus Fruit Machine, it powers up, lights etc. the spinner things dont spin though, various test buttons on the inside do different things, it looks like the mech should work, i just dont know how to do set it up.
Could do with a clean up, tmolding etc .. the usual stuff.
Lets say 70 Euros, but
