True but who is responsible if cattle wander from a field on the edge of a motorway?
We have erected an electric fence despite council responsible for erection and maintainance.
Again who gets it in the neck if cattle stray, why the owner hence waste of time going to NRA.

Surely if its written into an agreement and the NRA are found to be negligent, then they are responsible, This is why it was written into the roads agreement,
I have sown hedging along a lot of mine and its turning into a great fence and looks fierce well too, whatever about whose responsible, I don't want anyone killed by my strays for the sake of sowing a few hundred metres of whitethorn

New road gone through our place this year council are supposed to sow hedge in it but wouldn't hold my breath. Are landowners responsible for hedging if they sow it themselves.

Bought a few for freezer off a local lad. €120 a head. He said that was what he was getting in factory. That was two weeks ago.

Navan are 5.60 but only paying to 20kgs, not sure if the rest are the same.

Paying to only 20ks fairly takes the shine off it:mad:

That lorry driver would have been dead wrong if a car ran into him. But who thinks when things are going t*ts up.
Thinking about it since he slowed down rather than stopped. Big difference, I suppose.
