I am looking for advice on where to find good structural engineer for an engineering cunsultancy in Cork, they have to be a good all rounder should I advertise on the newspaper or on here or go through recutment agency? I would consider a business partner as the practice is coming up to 1 years trading and the volumn of work is alot for one person but rates are low so someone to shair the pain and the gain would be good.
