Very quiet in here. Must be the weather too. Everybody else must be busy but with the evening that's in it I am going taking the kids to the football field for a kick about with their dad. Jobs can wait til tomorrow.

Well if you were in Sligo today you'd be wet before tomorrow. Serious thunder and lightning followed by hail and downpours then some sun followed by downpours again. Flash floods now so a boat will be needed tomorrow....

Quick question was talking to a neighbour he asked if I would sell him 30K gallons of slurry just wondering what a fair price for it would be?

the journal this week puts a value of €31 on 1000 gals of slurry.

heard one of the neighbours had a visit from the dept lately,

    this guy knows every thing

doesn't keep many suckler cows , but sent off the bvd samples some time ago, he then goes to register the calves declaring them a month younger than the date he sent the samples

will be interesting to how he sweet talks out of this one :D:D

he says it a genuine mistake and he thinks he is losing it and goes into a mental meltdown in front of dept guy. Start shout crazy things and going demented and the dept guy jumps into his car and heads away as quick as possible. problem solved

At best I'd say Bob is in a transition phase regarding that parable. Either that or complete denial about which one he is.

    Dropping rain here.
Great it stayed dry to now but looked at the sky weather app and they are giving 35-40 mm rain for ulster.

Me and the brother Heading off to look at a subsoiler later, home made single leg job. Don't know when it would get used but if we had one there would be some hope.

When/if the weather takes up there'll be some diesel burned round the country.
Licking, harrowing, topping and now subsoiling too. And We plan on getting a lad in to drain a field too.

Mine or yours?;) His voice is gone at this stage and d'auld hips are at him but it was still a great show. They played the full bat out of hell album with snippets in between songs from the time ('77). Seems like they were a right gang of messers and had great craic :).

The DART into town was great craic too with everyone singing :D (Bob - I'd say I was beside some of your X's :D).

I'm getting old. Just read about 20 posts there and not a clue what's going on in any of them. Overlapping conversations, I hope.
