    How much water does this hold?

    It seems you don't need to take in any documentation just your own self and after a 15 min discussion you get approval in principle.

    Are people finding that the approval stands up when it comes to actually getting the mortgage?

    approval in principle isn't worth the paper its written on ....

    Marketing gimmick means nothing until you jump through the same hoops you will have to with any other lending institution.

    I would imagine that its about as much use as a "quick quote" for car insurance, where they come up with some random figure based on nothing more than you being a 32 year old male who drives a red car...
