As for when it got expensive, it's all relative, an unboxed copy seems to run at around 40 to 50 euro, before postage is factored in.

Still, that's another hole filled in my man cave.....

Twas a drunken post I think. Can't remember it nor do I know what I'm on about.

Got two parcels today at the motel. One with US NTSC Zombies and the other with US Mana, US Mystical Ninja, zelda, street fighter 2, super probotector, UN squadron, and turtles tournament fighter.
All boxed and mint. Very happy.

I think the post was in reference to Castlevania 4, which I had posted I was getting, you do mention Simon as being a "mad bastid" which must mean Simon Belmont.....

Got a few things today including two rarities, one was an absolute bargain. Either I got a repro or else Rage just did another MUSHA Aleste.

Street Fighter 2 came out, but we had to wait for Turbo to ever see Champion Edition {which by then made CE kind of redundant anyway}. Champion Edition never got its own release which would have sat between SF2 & Turbo

Wasn't that Megadrive SF2 proto release an early version of CE? I think it was just scrapped by Capcom as it wasn't well received.

Yeah I'm finding ebay.de wonderful for finding stuff and it mostly never turns up in ebay.com or .ie searches. Castlevania Legends only cost 35 euros with postage, pretty good considering it usually goes for 80 I think.

No.

World Warrior was released on the Snes
Champion Edition wasn't released on the Snes
Turbo {Hyper Fighting} was released on the Snes, but it had Champion Edition on the same cart. Champion Edition never got its own release, & was kind of wasted on the Turbo cart.

I'd say it could have been scrapped as if Turbo was about to be released on the Snes, Megadrive owners might be a bit peeved if they only got Champion Edition

Ah so I have it backwards.

SF2 Special Championship Edition was released on the Megadrive.

It'a SF2 Turbo Megadrive build that was scrapped (which has been leaked online to download)
