Chord Progreesion Help

Hi all. Heard this song by Alaitair Griffin during F1 coverage and have checked on line but cant find the chord progression anywhere. Not good enough yet to work it out myself so I'd appreciate if someone could help me out.

Verse and Chorus :Ab/Fm/Eb/Db

pre-Chorus:Fm/Db/Ab/Eb/Eb7

instrument piano or guitar? if your playing these chords with a capo on a guitar I could simplify the above somewhat for you if you like

Hey thanks alot. Yeah playing on guitar with capo so the simpler the better

Capo on First fret...

Verse and Chorus :G/Em/D/C

pre-Chorus:Em/C/G/D/D7

just change chords when you hear the piano changing
