Ocean Free, free POP email accounts? Too good to be true? Too good to be true?

There's gotta be some strings attached ... such as having to connect to ocanfree to check mail,

but no,

I checked today, connected thru IOL, using Outlook Express on mail.oceanfree.net I manged to send and recieve mail.
