Lovely! Where did you find it in the end?

Slane cycles - only the one left and in the right size.

It came ' fixed' as standard, which is taking a bit of getting used to. :)

Bit daunting at first, especially at traffic lights and downhill - but I think you could be right !

The 2013 incarnation is lovely Paul - is it DI2 compatible - or did you have to get creative?

Nothing Black and Decker couldn't handle, though my nerves were a bit frayed by the end.

Love the principia range of bikes. It's the name I think and the style to boot. Looked at one a couple of months ago but could not get the size I needed for the right money. Was gutted at the time.

Just finished gluing on the Maxxis tubulars.

Dying to weigh the bike now:

It's not a bad performer. Mind you, the SL4 corners better.

What's the gizmo over on the left Dave? Can we get some vanity shots of the rest of the kitchen?

I like those units, great looking finish to the whole thing.

    Bike looks sweet too.

If you could post the same picture without the SL4 that'd be great

That would be something; a Dave's Kitchen thread, curiously located in
    Home>Sports>Cycling.

The item left is not a centrifuge. The centrifuge is behind the hidden door in the basement - next to the oxygen tent. Alas, what you see is merely a toaster oven. On this side of the pond, kitchens tend to have toaster ovens as opposed to your bog-standard toaster that you have at home. They're crap at making toast. Rather good at other small baking/roasting tasks.

    Weighed the bike today. 15.04lbs.

I should never have bought that super-fat Lizard Skin bar tape :P

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,874 ✭✭✭Zyzz

What is the weight of the oven? Whats the ride comfort like etc?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,627 ✭✭✭happytramp

    Lovely bike and oven combo.

Perhaps you could settle an argument between me and my girlfriend. She thinks the oven would cost more than the bike, I disagreed. It got quite heated.

Lovely looking bike! Just looking at your saddle, Is it a toupe and if so where did you get it? I was looking for one in that exact colour scheme.

Switch the bleedin' thing off then

Anyway, it doesn't compare to Raam's kitchen which, I believe, holds the record for appearances in this thread ...
