The biology dept is the Harvard system, so I presume other departments are the same.

Depends on the Department and sometimes the lecturer as well. The Sociology department uses the American Sociological Association reference style while the Law department uses OSCOLA (Oxford School of Law) referencing. So no consistency across the University.

    Kiwi Knock is right.
There's no standardisation across the university - each department will tell you which referencing style they prefer, while some will permit any as long as it's clear and consistent. You just have to check with your department.

Yeah, different departments mean different systems. Kinda sucks, I always have to have the right one beside me to make sure I don't go wrong

English Dept. uses the MLA system; Geography uses Harvard. That's as far as I can go

Of the three subjects I studied:
Law: OSCOLA (though it can also depend on the lecturer)
History: Irish Historical Society (or something like that)
    Sociology: Harvard

Philosophy is MHRA (or was 2 years ago).
Ancient Classics is basically whatever form you wish as long as it's consistent.
