"Epoch started out as being a sporadic night in Galway town but has since found a monthly home in the confines of Factory in Electric Garden. With both the atmosphere of the venue and the crowd who frequent it, we really are happy with how this first year has gone.

To cap it all off we are celebrating in style with a DJ who plays as close to our taste as is possible- Scott Ferguson.

Scott has played for us before in the Bierhaus and also for Enda during his stint in Waterford and each time has absolutely killed it. Playing genre spanning sets inspired by the likes of Moodymann, Theo Parrish, among other Detroit heroes, whom Scott spent his youth dancing to.

Lynam will be playing records before Scott from 10.30pm to kick off the celebrations."

Admission is €5 before midnight and €8 after. More details at the following:

    Can't wait for this.

This tune is one of my favorite records and it's the one that got me into real house music!

Yeah, she's a beauty. Game over when that acid line comes in at around 5 minutes! The man has a whopper back catalogue, and I'm not just saying it because of the upcoming gig, but he really is one of my favourite DJs. Never disappoints.
