Run a packet sniffer, monitor the traffic and see what they are connecting to. Odds are they will connect to some website with a username which might let you figure out who they are, call the police and have them sent to the clink.

Log in to your router and look up the statistics, you should see the names and ip addresses of logged on users, you might see something like Micks-PC, if you or no one you know is called by Mick or whatever name, then you should be concerned that someone is logging in... What makes you think they are logging in anyway.

Btw; you ought to be using WPA as opposed to WEP and use non dictionary passwords such as tbgrgrwy*95%£, also disable wps if enabled.

i Noticed it slowing down, so i went to the routers page thing and there is 2 address that are on the wifi that arent mine as i only have one computer and they wernt there before.

Those two address could be the DNS of your ISP?, these may be listed on the homepage or status page of your router, depending on the model of your router, you need to see the statistics page, in the Netopia router it is under 'expert mode', ignore warning message then click on statistics then on LAN, sometimes addresses can get cached, you may need to restart router, usually they will be a hint here like Micks PC or Android phone, this might give you a clue if you don't have an android phone or your neighbour's name is Mick! ;)

You're new here so it's understandable but you should know that it's bad form to start multiple threads on the same issue.

You could try using this freeware tool in future.

I'll be in Galway at the weekend, if you want I can help you out. I wouldn't recommend trying to figure out who is doing it. The guards won't be interested, and you risk falling out with your neighbours, especially if you accuse the wrong person.

WEP(Wired equivalent privacy) is very easily cracked. I was at a friends house at christmas and he didnt know his WEP key and wanted to add it to his new iPad. In the time it took him to find the manual for the router I had cracked the key. You say you have changed the password, if he is on the same network as you and he knows what he is doing, he could sniff what the new password is, and reconfigure his network card, but I doubt it. I suspect, you have changed the password on the router, which is not the same as the changing the encryption key.

If you upgrade the encryption to WPA2(Wireless Protected Access) and use a non-dictionary word, while not uncrackable, it makes it a lot more difficult for the would be hacker/bad guy. I can do that for you.
