how to kill daisies in the lawn

i hate the look of daisies in the lawn and want to know how to go and kill them. Went to the local coop and they recommended evergreen feed and weed and it was €34.99. I would need at least two bags of this to cover my area so its working out expensive. is there any general fertilizer which would do the same job such as 0-10-20 or 7-6-17+sulpher? these are 50kg bags for about €25 each versus the otehr rip off and the bag was tiny.

The 7/6/17 is great for lawns, the sulpher will kill any moss
D 50 is your best bet for weeds in large areas.

i dont have any moss just daisies.

It works great with 'rose' type weeds like daisies. Gets the whole root ball. You can fly through even a large lawn really quickly.

Verdone will kill daisies without killing grass.

I make it up in a spray bottle and spot apply.

It also kills dandelions, but not great for buttercups.

Our lawn this year is looking rather sad. The grass has almost disappeared, it is overrun by clover, dandelions and to a lesser extent daisies.
Today I mowed the lawn for only the second time this season. Grass growth has been extremely poor. In ten years the lawn has never looked so distressed.
Advice from some of the expert gardeners amongst you Boardsies would be much appreciated
