Gameweek 33 Matchday Thread

Just under 3 hours to go on this bonanza DGW and as nobody else has started the thread, lets call it my homecoming present after 2 months.

So here's hoping that RVP can end this drought and Mirallas and Fellaini combine to wreak havoc. 2 United clean sheets would be simply delightful too.

A great gameweek in store that will probably make or break that final push up the table. May everyone have sufficient good fortune.

7 DGW players. Another 2 pointer from RVP would be just swell.

    DDG
    Rafael/Baines/Enrique
    Arteta/Sissoko/Fellaini/Townsend
    RVP(c)/Lambert/Mirallas

7 DGW's and took a 16 point hit focused primarily on Everton. It's the first time all season I've been points hit reckless so the fantasy gods will most likely grease up their finest smiting stick

My whole season depends on Fellaini having 2 quite games!! Everyone behind me in both my money leagues has him, some have captained him as well..............come on Fellaini, surely it's about time for another red card!!

Yep gone now but am glad to have used it. Set for this week and hopefully gw36 with some transfers.

The thing is, a Suarez hattrick today could make it all worthless.

I hav this gut feeling all morning that Suarwz might get a rest today. Not trying to scaremonger but if he gets a booking he misses 2 big games in the next 2 weeks.

Rogers might give Sturridge and Coutinho a run together.

these sorts of weeks completely terrify me.

it always feels like all or nothing.

some will have bumper weeks, and some will be in tears. and it all could simply be because you chose Santi over Walcott. or Fellaini over Pienaar. or captained RVP instead of someone else.

    terrifying!

5 DGW players, decided it wasn't worth the points hit to get more in. Will probably regret it :o

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

be very surprised if Suarez doesn't play. though the booking is a worry. have a feeling this is the week rvp will re-find his shooting boots. the boy is just too good

    how goes your overall position?

6 DGW players. All my 3 defenders only have the one game, plus Mata and Suarez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,696 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Sturridge, Suarez and Coutinho start.

    fúck.

Sturridge to score to píss me off...and put pressure on Berba.

5 DGW players (presuming walcott plays). Didn't feel it was worth taking a points hit for anyone as most of players with single GW have decent fixtures.

had Sturridge the last number of weeks as he frustrated. transferred out for Benteke this week. what's the bets he bags a couple against Reading now

Ouch... Obviously 'fit to play' means not as good or Gervinho or Ramsey. that's gotta hurt ANYONE'S confidence

not to mention the ff teams of those who have him(myself included)

    Monreal on the bench... ffs

as I thought, Walcott's not starting today.

    phew!

I've been watching Sturridge's value go down almost daily and have left him in, big chance for him to make it up to me today.
Sorry lads but I'm happy enough to see Walcott on the bench, likewise Monreal, suppose both will be back for midweek, very surprised to see Gibbs back in, big changes in that defence, Fellaini will play behind Anichibe?

    Yup.

though I'll be thankful in future weeks when I'm not worried about him starting or not.

heitinga plays the last 4 games and gets dropped as soon as i bring him in

hopefully walcott only gets a few minutes in both games.

Holt starts for the first time in 5 games. Bad news for hopes of an Arsenal clean sheet today as he is the kind of striker Arsenal have always struggled with over the years.

14/1 first goalscorer and 4/1 anytime goalscorer is worth looking at. Only thing is Arsenal are at home.

In hindsight wilshire playing in the hole would have been a great shout.
