I love funk in pretty much all forms. But i wanted to start a thread based on modern funk. Music that captures the funk ethos of the past but made with a modern edge.
Funk from 2000 and beyond!

Big fan of The Internet particularly the Hivemind album, great gig in Olympia shortly before lockdown. Purple Naked Ladies also has some great tracks, love Syd Bennet's voice
