I'm not sure what you mean by a 'creeper'? an article of clothing for babies at creeping stage? a caterpillar? i'm stumped.
If you had a picture it would be of great help.
IN the meantime, you could go to www.ravelry.com and search their very extensive pictures of crochet patterns, there are lots of search options and you can hone it down to what you are looking for.
Ravelry is free to join and totally awaesome!
    good luck

I was stumped too about this until I Googled it in Google Images. I thought the images I found were too ugly to be cuddled by kiddiwinks. So now I realise I was wrong! Never heard of them.

ah, ok, that's what a creeper is, a Minecraft Creeper? can't say I have ever heard of them or even seen one in action before, but that's no hindrance to trying to find a pattern for you:
    so,
i looked at your photo and then googled Creeper, also looked on Ravelry and got 5 hits on Ravelry here, only two of which are soft toys, the other 3 seem to be hats, and maybe your daughter would like one of those too! :
    http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search#craft=crochet&query=creeper&sort=best&page=1&view=captioned_thumbs

and some more hits when I googled Minecraft Creeper crochet pattern, so maybe you could try that too:
here's just two I chose, but you might prefer other sites...

    and

    good luck!

I saw something similar in a knitting book in my local library, but they were called Crobots. Maybe a distant cousin to the Creepers.
