A pretty American girl working in AIB is looking to get a website developed. She has been quoted high prices. I suggested perhaps a struggling computer science student could put together what she needs for half the money... I suggested she post an add / ask on here. Hope she sees this post and hopefully some helpful…

There is a Web category, but the charter there says no discussion or recommendation of web hosting companies

If you are wishing to make one yourself, I suggest trying out Wordpress or Joomla, both are free.
