problems with Visa application

    Hi, I'm desperately looking for help, advice, guidance...! I have uploaded all my documentation for my working holiday visa application to Canada (except form for immigration representative - as I 'm not using one). MyCIC account won't allow me to proceed. When I click the 'Review application' tab, nothing happens. Can I submit a hard copy application or what can I do?. All suggestions welcome and appreciated.
