Akura saorview box problem

Hi all I turned on tv and box yesterday and something came up on screen about test service or something like that,there was a box with yes or no in it with the no being highlighted,i pressed the yes by mistake,now all that comes up on box is the green light and nothing else,cant even turn the green light off,have unplugged…

Hi all

Standby conformation and something about test service,had it turned off all night but all that's coming on is green light that wont switch off.
