Hi All,ijust got news from adoption authority to confirm refusal for my originial birth cert,and i would be considering to go route of applying for dual citizinship,just lookiing for advice ,if anyone has tried this route,i was born in london,but not through any agency ,although not 100percent sure on that,thanks

Hi - I was also born in London but adopted in Ireland..did you try the Catholic Children's Society in London (http://www.cathchild.org.uk/pages/post-adoption-and-care.html ) - they may have dealt with your adoption.
