    You MUST have long term schemes and cúntais mhíosúla,you'll need evidence of differentiation, of any assessments you carry out,children's self assessment etc assessment of learning and for learning, info on children with SEN and on the programme of work in place for them -with SMART targets .Professional reflection is also the buzz term of the minute. You need a time-table with the correct time for each subject area allocated-taking the revised amount of time for literacy and numercy into account.You must make sure your class work
    After that it very much depends on the cigire.Many seem to look for portfolios of kids' work .

    I'd also suggest you are very au-fait with school policy esp the children first policy. It may be helpful to get a look at some of the more recent WSE on the DES site to get an idea of the kinds of things being picked up on.

    in your notes you should refer to specific work for children of different abilties and those on the staged process.
