eden gate delgany damaged car

Hi everyone hope someone could help..

i was staying over at an appartment in priory court on sunday 3/3/13 which is a lovly estate btw.. but when i came out the next morning some scumbag had reversed there car/van/jeep into the front of my 04 black renault megane and caused some damage to the front bumper, the garda are saying that it looks to be a tow-bar that did the damage... any decent human being would have left a sorry note with a number or some kind of contact details but nothing....the worst thing is i only bought the car 3weeks ago.... but if anyone heard or saw anything monday morning would you please get back to me or greystones garda station any kind of information can help...
hope this was a 1 off and it doesnt happen to any residence in the future..
